    Job description

    • Conduct a detailed assessment of the client’s current R/3 system, including modules, processes, customizations, and pain points, as preparation for the S/4HANA migration.

    • Gather and analyze client requirements for S/4HANA, identifying desired improvements or changes compared to R/3.

    • Develop a comprehensive implementation plan outlining tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

    • Present assessment findings and proposed plan to the client.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility.

    • Support potential follow-up phases, depending on project complexity and team size.

    Job requirements

    Must-have-Requirements

    • Proven experience in SAP R/3 to S/4HANA migration projects.

    • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and business processes.

    • Fluent in German.

    • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

    • Ability to create assessment reports, implementation plans, timelines, and task breakdowns.

    Nice-to-have-Requirements

    • Experience with large-scale logistics/transport clients.

    • Prior exposure to S/4HANA demos or proof-of-concept exercises.

    • Familiarity with team coordination in multi-phase SAP projects.

    • Knowledge of SAP integration and cloud components.
