    Our academy program offers a unique opportunity for motivated tech graduates with foundational SQL knowledge and German language skills to evolve into fully independent Data Engineers. You'll begin with intensive, hands-on learning and transition into working on real-world projects for international clients—supported by experienced mentors every step of the way.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in structured training and mentoring sessions during your first year.

    • Learn and apply data engineering concepts in cloud and ETL environments.

    • Develop and improve your SQL and data modelling skills.

    • Collaborate with international teams and get exposure to real-life data projects.

    • Support data platform development and maintenance tasks.

    • Progress toward independent project work in your second year.

    • Build a solid foundation for a long-term career in data.

    Job requirements

    Must-Have:

    • Technical university background (Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, etc.).

    • Basic knowledge of SQL.

    • Passion for data and strong willingness to learn.

    • Good communication skills and team spirit.

    • Fluent German skills.

    Nice to Have:

    • Exposure to databases, ETL tools, or any cloud platforms

    • Participation in technical internships or academic projects
