Job description

We're looking for someone to lead and shape group HR initiatives—from leadership development and KPI design to digital transformation and more—offering the opportunity to own impactful projects, build processes from the ground up, and make a real difference within a team that values fresh ideas and meaningful change.

Digital Transformation: Support the automation and optimization of HR processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring effective use of systems and tools for transparency and reporting.

Establishing HR KPIs: Define and track key HR metrics such as hiring, retention, performance, and engagement, while providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Performance Management & Appraisals: Enhance the performance appraisal process, aligning it with company goals and ensuring consistency through clear evaluation criteria in collaboration with leadership.

Employee Training & Development: Create and manage a group-wide training program to upskill employees, coordinating training budgets to maximize learning opportunities.

Leadership Development: Support leadership programs to strengthen managerial competencies and assist in talent development initiatives to cultivate future leaders.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.

General HR Operations: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, benefits, and offboarding, while ensuring

Temporary Agency Work: Manage the end-to-end process for temporary agency contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, providing employees with clear information about their rights and obligations, and handling necessary permissions for Tech employees in coordination with relevant authorities.

• HR administration, document management, and compliance with labor regulations, and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and procedures.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational or tech environment.

• Solid Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (experience with temporary work regulations is a plus).

• Strong skills in HR systems, digital transformation, and KPI tracking.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Fluent in German and English.
