    Job description

    We are modernizing the procurement organization as part of our client’s broader digital transformation. You will support this shift by analyzing current processes, identifying digital opportunities, and implementing new tools and systems to strengthen strategic and operational procurement.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze existing procurement processes, systems, and structures.

    • Identify digitalization and automation potential.

    • Develop target concepts and actionable implementation plans.

    • Support tool selection and rollout (e‑procurement, RPA, AI).

    • Design workflows, interfaces, and testing procedures.

    • Drive change management and deliver employee training.

    • Establish KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.

    Job requirements

    Must-Have Requirements

    • Experience in procurement, digital transformation, requirements management or process optimization.

    • Strong understanding of procurement processes and system landscapes.

    • Knowledge of digital tools (automation, analytics, RPA, AI).

    • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

    • Experience in workshops and training.

    • Experience with ARIS.

    Nice-to-Have Requirements

    • Knowledge of change management methods.

    • Understanding of IT architecture or system integration.

    • Experience in large transformation programs.
