    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • Build an intuitive, compliance-focused web platform used enterprise-wide

    • Own front-end architecture, performance, and UX

    • Collaborate across product, UX, and backend to ship secure, reliable software

    • Design and develop scalable React features and component libraries

    • Define UI architecture, state management, and coding standards

    • Integrate with RESTful services and multiple data sources

    • Ensure accessibility, performance, testing, and security best practices

    • Contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployments (Docker, Azure)

    • Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement

    Job requirements

    Must-have-Requirements

    • 3+ years building production apps with React and TypeScript/JavaScript

    • Strong HTML, CSS/SCSS, responsive and accessible UI (WCAG, ARIA)

    • React Hooks and component-driven development

    • Experience with state management libraries (MobX preferably, Redux/Zustand a plus)

    • Front-end build tooling (Vite preferably, Webpack/ESBuild/Rollup a plus)

    • Testing: Jest/RTL for unit/integration, experience with e2e tests (Playwright preferably)

    • Version control and tooling: Git, code reviews, branching strategies

    • DevOps basics: Docker, CI/CD pipelines (preferably on Azure)

    • API integration and async data handling with REST

    Nice-to-have-Requirements

    • Familiarity with Java Spring Boot backends, MongoDB, MySQL, Flyway

    • Design systems and Storybook

    • Performance optimization (code splitting, memoization, virtualization)

    • Monitoring/observability and Azure DevOps

    • Domain experience in compliance or documentation platforms

    • German language skills
