    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze existing FI processes and define requirements for e-Invoicing

    • Design and implement the e-Invoicing solution in the SAP FI module

    • Integrate formats such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, and PEPPOL

    • Coordinate with departments (Finance, Procurement, IT)

    • Perform customizing in SAP FI (e.g., invoice entry, posting, archiving)

    • Manage testing and support the go-live phase

    • Prepare documentation and transfer knowledge

    Job requirements

    Must-have-Requirements

    • Several years of experience as an SAP FI consultant

    • In-depth knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and e-Invoicing processes

    • Experience with e-Invoicing in SAP FI (not SD!)

    • Understanding of legal requirements for e-Invoicing (e.g., mandatory e-Invoicing from 2025)

    • Experience with formats such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, and PEPPOL

    • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working

    • Fluent German, spoken and written

    Nice-to-have-Requirements

    • Experience with SAP Document Compliance / eDocument Framework

    • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance

    • Experience with interfaces to external e-Invoicing platforms
